Services
Yard Master Services provides lawn care, fertilization, weed control, pest control, aeration, grub control, tree and shrub care, sprinkler repairs, top dressing, and snow removal in Cache Valley, Northern Utah, and Southern Idaho.
Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. We will communicate any changes before performing work.
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request form does not guarantee service or lock in a price. A member of our team will follow up to confirm availability, pricing, and scheduling.
Text Message Program
Program Description: Yard Master Services sends text messages to customers who have provided their phone number and consented to receive SMS communications. Messages include appointment confirmations, service reminders, quote follow-ups, and customer satisfaction check-ins.
Message Frequency: Varies based on your service schedule. Most customers receive 1 to 4 messages per service interaction.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent after that point.

Consent Is Not Required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Yard Master Services.
Carriers: Yard Master Services is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or network conditions.

Payment terms and cancellation policies are communicated at the time of service agreement. We reserve the right to require payment before or at the time of service for new customers.
Limitation of Liability
Yard Master Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website. Our total liability to you for any claim related to services performed will not exceed the amount you paid for those services.
Intellectual Property
All content on yardmasterservices.com, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Yard Master Services and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in Cache County, Utah.
